SNE Site Development LLC was founded by Jeff Bouyea, a veteran construction manager with decades of experience leading hundreds of commercial building projects. Jeff’s background bridges both design and construction — giving him the rare ability to understand what drives engineers, contractors, and owners alike.
In 2021, Jeff began focusing on mission-critical data centers, operating under a design firm that also served as construction manager. Across multiple projects, he gained firsthand insight into what CFE&I and Facility Engineers truly needed — and where gaps consistently existed in coordination, communication, and execution.
Through that experience, Jeff identified the core elements that make capital projects successful in mission-critical environments: disciplined planning, integrated systems thinking, predictable scheduling, and total accountability.
In 2025, he repositioned SNE Site Development to work directly with CFE&I and Facility Engineers — taking full responsibility for delivering the clarity, control, and results they expect.
