SNE Site Development LLC was founded by Jeff Bouyea, a veteran construction manager with more than 30 years of experience leading commercial building projects. Jeff’s background spans design coordination, construction management and facility operations — providing a practical understanding of what it takes to move a project successfully from design through construction and into operation.
In 2021, Jeff began focusing on mission-critical facilities, providing construction management within a design-led project environment. Working directly in active facilities provided firsthand insight into what makes mission-critical projects succeed — and where gaps between design, construction and facility operations can create unnecessary risk, cost and uncertainty.
Through that experience, Jeff identified the elements that consistently drive successful capital projects in mission-critical environments: early collaboration, disciplined planning, integrated systems thinking, predictable scheduling, cost control and clear accountability from design through turnover.
